A real quality coloured horse who isn't just a pretty face. Winner of the three year old Coloured National Champion at Addington and the Sport Horse Championships, as well as In-Hand Coloured Championship at Hickstead in 2003.
He was also the only three year old stallion to grade at the SHB grading in 2003. His oldest progeny will be four in 2009. FREE SPIRIT has competed lightly under saddle and proved hugely consistent in 2008, spending just a short time with Lucy due to a large book of mares he won three pre-novice events in a row.
He proved beyond doubt he is talented and trainable, able to produce accurate, obedient, rhythmical dressage tests to lead from the front. His offspring all inherit his wonderful front, big loose paces and size and limb. A firm favourite with all our regulars, he is by far the closest to Jumbo in both type and movement. Those who have used him re-book year after year!
